Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's/ Masters (Marketing) from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company;
∎ Develop new dealers, retailer & farmers channel to maximize the revenue;
∎ Maintaining agent & distribution network;
∎ Regularly visit farms and submit performance report;
∎ Regular follow-up for sales order & payment;
∎ Maintain close relationship with farmers, dealers and other stakeholders;
∎ Motivate dealers, farmers & prospective customers for establishing new farms;
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers; and
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in poultry industry is preferred.
∎ Must have experience in poultry industry;
∎ Candidate should have excellent idea and up-to-date knowledge on poultry and Feed industry and be capable of selling DOC & Poultry Feed;
∎ Must have valid motorcycle driving license;
∎ Ability to take new challenges;
∎ Frequent field visit & collect market information of concern products;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities;
∎ Capable of operating computer software and update daily posting; and
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.

Salary:
