Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's/ Masters (Marketing) from any recognized University.
∎ Candidates having subjects of Animal Husbandry is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
∎ Expand new territory and deploy sales force as required to meet the target.
∎ Develop new dealers, retailer & farmers channel to maximize the revenue.
∎ Maintaining agent & distribution network.
∎ Regularly visit farms and submit performance report.
∎ Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
∎ Maintain close relationship with farmers, dealers and other stake holders.
∎ Motivate dealers, farmers & prospective customers for establishing new farms.
∎ To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
∎ Promote RAFID's DOC & Poultry Feed to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
∎ Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Others relevant work assigned by Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in feed industry.
∎ Candidate should have excellent idea and up-to-date knowledge on poultry and Feed industry and be capable of selling DOC & Poultry Feed.
∎ Must have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Ability to take new challenges.
∎ Frequent field visit & collect market information of concern products.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Capable of operating computer software and update daily posting.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
