• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail food or FMCG sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct regular retail visits

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, visiting retail shops to promote our products, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our range of Pet food products to retail outlets.

• Communicate with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions

• Visit retail shops regularly to ensure product visibility, availability, and to build strong relationships with shop owners/managers

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional strategies

• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team

• Provide feedback to the production team based on customer needs and preferences.

• To establish new business opportunities have to go to potential areas inside or outside Dhaka.
