Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduce, promote and sell decorative/marine paint products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular and daily visits to maintain good relationship & to obtain market information.
∎ Work and achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Work with sales team and follow instructions from head of the department.
∎ Promote paint products, execute sales policies, achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target to support business growth and business efficacy.
∎ Develop new clients & maintain good relations with existing customers.
∎ Provide pre/after sales planning/budget, technical or any other support to the customers as required.
∎ Has a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure company condition remain healthy.
∎ Conduct sales related campaigns and activate programs.
∎ Create and manage customer database and align with company system.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
