Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company's financial growth and market share.
∎ Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
∎ Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.
∎ Planning business development strategies in line with company's long term strategic goals.
∎ Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation.
∎ A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e. through face to face meeting, attending various seminar/conference etc. Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.
∎ The incumbent will have to use advance problem solving abilities in case of crisis moment and volatile market situation by analyzing & assessing risk.
∎ The incumbent will have to educate the local market situation on regular basis to overseas offices/partners. Also will establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in efficient manner.
∎ Regular market research and report the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Power point for such reporting is routine job.
∎ As per business needs & internal practice, the incumbent will be required to take international business trip and attend international training.
