∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position Executive of Sales & Marketing for Technogym Bangladesh to join our dynamic team to encourage and influence luxury Gym & fitness equipment sales. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementation & sales plans, and creative planning and execution campaigns and develop marketing area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore, make Calls, visit & meet with the new customers.
∎ Manage relationships with the clients, corporates and fitness club.
∎ Negotiate offers or requirements with the clients.
∎ Analyze products, competitors’ offerings and prepare proposals.
∎ Drive continuous improvement of increase business development and revenue.
∎ Execute promotional activities through email, social media tool, telephone calls etc
∎ Report to line manager with required data and details .
∎ Respond queries from potential customers and convert into sales lead.
∎ Assure strategic policies to develop market and clutch the market share according to the company's needs.
∎ Find out competitors activities and analysis with data
∎ Respond queries from potential customers and convert into sales lead.
∎ Prepare different reports i.e., sales, call reports etc. on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experience in Institutional sales in the fitness industry or corporate sector
∎ Candidates will get priority if they have 2 to 5 years’ experience in good company in same field.
∎ Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Power Point, & computer skills.
∎ Candidates must be excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and convincing skill.
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
