Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents, and dispatch to the concerned end by keeping records.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Facilitate, control, and coordinate the annual strategic sales & marketing planning process.
∎ Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Reconcile day-to-day activities with head office & sales team.
∎ Process all sorts of receives and payments with clients and various parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts-related job.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer & IT-related work especially in ERP software.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla & English.
