∎ Maintain close relation with the prospect clients
∎ Have to disseminate company's policy among the clients
∎ Have to sell company's land & flat

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 4 years' experience in Sales & Marketing of Land share & Apartment
∎ Fairly good in written & spoken English
∎ Requirement can be relaxed for deserving candidates
