• Master’s or Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• At least 02 years of proven work experience in a Sales or Sales & Marketing role in Garments / Textile and Pocketing Sector.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and familiar with internet research, email communication and data entry

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Marketing & Promotion: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote company products/services.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Expand market reach and achieve aggressive sales targets.

• Handle export-oriented product sales.

• Pocketing lining sale for export factories.

• Overseas market research and sales (able to travel).
