LTD. an FDI Company of CAS CORPORATION, South Korea and also a fast growing high profile multinational organization in the weighing scale sector is looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable and visionary professional for the position of Executive (Sales & Marketing) for our Marketing Department. The talent we are looking for has to be dynamic and mature personality who has in depth job knowledge in the concerned area. The potential who has proven track record in achieving substantial targets.
∎ Reports to: Concerned line Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for strategic planning, management and development of the weighing scale business to ensure all round maximization of efficiency to achieve a steady growth of business or image.
∎ Translate customer requirements to a business solutions.
∎ Maintain contracts with key and prospective clients to increase business relation.
∎ Remain well aware of development in the Weighing scale business sector.
∎ Able to work under pressure with realistic time table to meet deadline for customers.
∎ Work closely with the revenue generating team to develop, negotiate and win long term profitable and sustainable business.
∎ Must have the ability to motivate people to achieve the desired target.
∎ Prepare quotation and proposal for individual, commercial or industrial customers for feedback.
∎ Receive feedback from sales team which helps the company to understand the current market situation, problems and potentiality related to the market.
∎ Report weekly on business development.
∎ Collect market information, competitors information etc. and provide feedback to concerned officials.
∎ Conduct merchandising activities for brand promotion in the assigned areas.
∎ Attend monthly sales meeting and come up with necessary feedback.
