Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Executive – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing strategies to increase the customer base and drive sales for the car service center. This role involves field and office work, targeting both individual customers and corporate clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service branding.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Activities:
∎ Actively approach potential clients through visits, calls, emails, and social media.
∎ Generate leads and convert them into customers through proper follow-up and negotiation.
∎ Promote regular and premium service packages, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and loyalty programs.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare sales performance reports.
∎ Marketing & Branding:
∎ Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media, flyers, brochures, and billboards.
∎ Organize service camps, discount drives, exhibitions, and client engagement events.
∎ Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Client Coordination:
∎ Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
∎ Ensure a smooth communication flow between customers and the service team.
∎ Collect and respond to client feedback to improve services.
∎ Prepare quotations, service agreements, and documentation.
