Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the HoD to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with departmental goals.
∎ Develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
∎ Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
∎ Initiate, plan and implement online and social media campaigns.
∎ Develop & analysis the revenue & find out the new business area.
∎ Preparing promotional materials conduct promotional events and maintain all the marketing related work for Diagnostic and Hospital.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
∎ Submit to the top management yearly & half yearly business plan implementation report
∎ Comparative analysis, analyze different packages & prepare the new one with proper costing.
∎ Other functions relevant to develop business & market
∎ Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Visit Doctors in Govt. & Private Hospitals (Inside & Outside of DHAKA)
∎ Organize CME & others events in different Hospitals & Institute.
∎ Prepare daily call report & monthly work plan.
∎ Responsible for sales & promotion of designated product / service to doctors & institution.
∎ Analyze patient demographics and referral patterns to inform marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, patient inquiries, and referral sources.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoD.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The ideal candidate will work closely with the HoD of Business Development & Corporate Affairs department to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage our niche audience. This role requires at least a basic understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to effectively communicate our services to patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
∎ Job Description:
