Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC (A.H) / D.V.M / MBA from any reputed universities
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit Poultry Feed mill / Farm / Hatchery to promote AR Animal Health Feed Additives / Animal Health products
∎ Motivate them to use AR products.
∎ Prepare sales action plan, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales
∎ Be accountable for all of customer credit and account
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Deal with clients and collect feedback from clients as and when necessary.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Gather Market and industry information and achieve the target within the deadline.
∎ To reduce production costs by using maximum honesty and afford.
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating the database on feed additives market & market size, share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of AR Animal Health Ltd.
∎ Positive attitude and Awareness of time management are required for the job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Should be capable to work as an individual or in a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
