Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, Dakhil (Madrasah)

Job Context:
∎ If you sell one-time shares, you will get a commission of Tk. 50,000/-.
∎ If one time sale of shares is done through the appointed agent, a commission of Tk. 10,000/- will be received. In this case the commission of the appointed agent will be Tk. 50,000/-.
∎ If you sell shares in installments, you will get commission from monthly installments at the rate of Tk. 1,000/- for up to 24 months.
∎ If the appointed agent sells the shares in installments, he will get commission at the rate of Tk. 5,00/- for 24 months.
∎ From the third year to the fifth year (36 months) you will get a commission at the rate of Tk. 200 from the monthly installment.
∎ The hired agent`s client will receive a commission of Tk.100/- per month from the third year to the fifth year (36 months) in monthly installments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land Share Sale, Flat Sale
∎ client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Create new agent.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The commission will provide after fulfill the target.
