Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships to reach potential market and build sustainable image for Sysnova Information System
∎ Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and the development of future sales plans to enhance profitability
∎ Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to further sales development with existing customers and partners, and to upgrade business.
∎ Effectively communicate with prospective customers regarding solutions, support/maintenance benefits, and product value, explain ERP software services and demonstrate the system
∎ Examine customer's business and analyze client's demands and seek realistic ways to meet their demands with reasonably strong satisfaction
∎ Explain customers the operation of ERP system to create credibility among customers.
∎ Provide post-sales support to partners and customers in order to ensure high level customer satisfaction
∎ Utilize company resources properly to ensure efficient and stable sales results, work with internal team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customer.
∎ Provide technical presentations at trade shows and conferences.
∎ Create strong presence and raise profile among corporate offices, Government, NGOs of Bangladesh to ensure sustainable growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of experience in selling ERP software.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have problem solving skills.
∎ Have experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs
∎ Have the skill of resource optimization.
∎ Have strong team building and people management skills.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Have excellent attention to detail.
