Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/ ME, Diploma in Electronics in EEE/ ME
∎ Graduate from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Diploma from reputed public or private polytechnic institute with minimum 3-4 years experiences.
∎ Skills Required: Experience in sales and marketing in Escalator and lifts Company
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, collaboration and communication skills, Marketing and Sales, Team Coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing for Elevator, Escalator & Diesel Generator.
∎ Sourcing & Contacting with Consultant & Client in a regular basis.
∎ Buildup & monitoring activities of marketing, Client Visit & arrange meeting with the customer.
∎ Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
∎ Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
∎ Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals
∎ Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.
∎ Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients, developing
∎ long term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, Execution of Projects.
∎ Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Prepare regular sales action plan.
∎ Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
∎ Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
