Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective supervision of the delivery support team at the field level
∎ Keep track of Orders, Customer details & Delivery schedule via updating delivery records
∎ Ensure just in time delivery of products to the customer end via being present at the field level
∎ Listen and keep customers' queries regarding products or services. Facilitate effective solution without delay
∎ Inform customers regarding new products, offers and services provided by ISHO.
∎ Ensure swift and timely payment (Cash or credit) for product delivered to customers and maintain transaction record on receipts.
