We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication, and professionalism. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

  • Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.

  • Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.

  • Determine to support or assist customers after hours of operation.Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.

  • Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly reports of sales.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the Superior

  • Cooperating with colleagues and ensuring fast support to customers with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time

  • Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.

  • Identify Selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, and messaging using social media

  • Understand the needs of your business customers

  • Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries

  • Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system

  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
