Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients verbally or during self-visit.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting company's activity.
∎ Reviewing sales performance.
∎ Working towards monthly and annual targets.
∎ Should have the mentality to travel every day.
∎ To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should have the potential to develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To share ideas on how to improve sales with Team Leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in garment accessories sales will be an additional advantage.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bengali and English both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
∎ Motorcycle license.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
