Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sale and marketing Real Estate, Housing and property projects of company.
∎ Drive sales of properties, housing units, plots and shares to meet company revenue targets. Identify and approach potential clients, corporate partners and investors through various channels.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer demands in the real estate sectors.
∎ Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to execute best result from campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stake holders.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, marketing materials, and client satisfaction.
∎ Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
