Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering is highly preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit the Customer site/office for collecting requirements.
∎ Submit Quotations to customers on time and follow-up it up to finalizing the requirement.
∎ Understanding Customers' needs and developing potential customers
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target both personally and team.
∎ Sales process implementation, tracking and maintaining all processes.
∎ Responsible for building a relationship approach with prospective customers.
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data for the operating plan
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Reports as per supervisor requirements.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing in calibration services.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
∎ Good written and Communication in Bangla and English.
∎ Skilled in the use of computers including MS Office, Internet, and Email.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
