Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in marketing/ MBA in Marketing/ Engineering or graduation in any discipline who has relevant experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the company sales & marketing activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Promote the Calibration services and create the business opportunities.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ Reviewing customers new requirement and revert the updated.
∎ Attending meeting along with Technical personnel and responding any queries from customer which related with respect to Sales & Marketing.
∎ Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
∎ Responsible to achieve the sales target.
∎ Represent and negotiating on behalf of the company with key customers.
∎ Ensuring all the reports deliver on time also follow up with customer for payment.
∎ Follow up on After Sells Collections and received on time.
∎ Submit data and management report on time.
∎ Need to visit anywhere in Bangladesh due to Job requirement
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing in calibration services.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
∎ Good written and spoken in Bangla and English.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computers including MS Office, Internet, and Email.
