Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Identify potential clients and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to network with potential customers.
∎ Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
∎ Address customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
∎ Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
∎ Participate in educational opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
∎ Stay informed about new products and services and industry trends.
