Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives, strategies, and targets aligned with the company's overall business goals.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
∎ Develop a comprehensive sales plan that outlines the approach for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
∎ Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, showcasing the company's products and services to address their requirements.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition of Akashbari Global Service's offerings.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to highlight the features and benefits of the company's solutions.
∎ Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and prioritizing leads, opportunities, and ongoing deals.
∎ Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions, communications, and sales activities.
∎ Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Prepare sales contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
∎ Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to contribute to product enhancements.
∎ Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences to promote the company's products and services.
