Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Electronics Home Appliance Marketing, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designee trade offer as on market analysis communicate sales team, account & Finance, internal audit and other stake holder.
∎ Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
∎ Approve expenses and manage profitability reporting as it relates to field metrics.
∎ Trade program adjustment bill review and process improvement.
∎ Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare & follow-up area based field force's sales target.
∎ Prepare & review Incentives of Sales personnel, Offers (Regular & Special).
∎ Distributor management.
∎ Sales team TA/DA review and process development.
∎ To check bills, vouchers, invoices & money receipts and other sales related documents.
∎ To identify improvement areas & control gaps of sales.
∎ Work with the Sales Department to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and cost against forecast and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products and services.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
