Job Description / Responsibilities::
∎ To ensure sales target & achievement and customer bill collections.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintain a good, long-term relationship with them.
∎ Plan, develop, and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Dealer / Distributor Selection.
∎ Collect the orders from dealers/distributors.
∎ Collect DD (Demand Draft),Cash from the Dealer / distributor point.
∎ In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the sales and customer service department, focusing on achieving sales targets, ensuring timely bill collections, and nurturing client relationships. It's a dynamic environment that requires high energy and the ability to work independently under pressure for extended periods.
