- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Help prepare employee files, offer letters, and joining documents.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Support internal communication and company announcements.
- Support compliance activities as directed by HR management
