Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing sample for buyers;
∎ Making sample production plan as per buyer requirements;
∎ Developing knit fabrics according to buyer requirements;
∎ Calculating fabric costing in development purpose;
∎ Find out risk factors & limitations (if any) during development stage to avoid any trouble in bulk stage;
∎ Research about various type of yarn construction, knitting parameters & process, fabrics structure & composition;
∎ Find out every type faults of yarn, fabrics & find out solution;
∎ Responsible for keeping records of all fabric developments of design studio;
∎ Sourcing developed materials and update to new trend for Buying Developments & Design Developments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
