Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology

• B.Sc. & M.Sc in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology / Microbiology / Agriculture, and Plant Pathology M.S (thesis) with good academic records.

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Knowledge about Agriculture, Bio-fertilizers, Bio-pesticides, and Soil, Plant and microbe Interactions.
• Experience in setting up field experiments, Data Collection and analysis.    
• Experience in evaluation of microbial fertilizers and pesticides in farmer’s field.     
• Clear concept of Plant physiology.
• Experience in the development of formulations of Biofertilizers and Biopesticides.
• Knowledge of Molecular Biology related to plants and Microorganisms.
• Experience in writing research Protocols.      
• A clear idea about aseptic handling of microorganisms·       
• Experience in the isolation and identification of microorganisms

• Candidate must be strongly interested in laboratory, and field research.

• Candidate must be sincere and willing to work beyond set hours when necessary.

• Candidate must be willing to go anywhere in Bangladesh when required.

• Sample collection for Microbial strain Isolation.

• Microbial product Development.

• Scale-up of Microbial products.

• Quality control of Microbial products.

• Maintenance of pure Microbial culture.

• Setting field Experiments and Collecting data.
