∎ B.Sc In CSE/ETE/ECE/IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Radio & Fiber Access network planning for the usual last mile connectivity
∎ Backbone network planning which confirms a high-capacity connectivity infrastructure among the interconnected POP's.
∎ Designs, configures and maintains nationwide ISP RF networks.
∎ Clear concept on RF behavior.
∎ Addresses issues regarding network systems, software, and hardware issues.
∎ Store and manage a Mater Database template for avoiding recurring site survey
∎ Mapping of the Fiber and Radio Network coverage using GIS Software (Google Earth, Map).
∎ Should have knowledge about RF site survey, installation, service commissioning and proper maintenance plan.
∎ Create & maintain detailed network/configuration documentation.
∎ Respond to infrastructure downtime by taking appropriate action to correct affected systems
∎ All kinds of Radio device configuration, Installation, troubleshoot, maintenance.
∎ Configuration of Cisco and Mikrotik Route.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be a demonstrated self-starter that is able to work in a fluid, broadly defined, rapidly evolving environment with minimal direct supervision
∎ Additional responsibilities include special projects, asset management, and other computer related activities
∎ Understand the general network protocols and TCP/IP stack
∎ Strong knowledge and experience with network protocols, e.g. IP, TCP, DHCP etc.
∎ Extensive relevant work experience in designing, tuning and optimizing high-capacity wireless network
∎ Experience with wireless packet captures and analysis
∎ Frequency distribution and cell planning knowledge
∎ Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
∎ Experience with multi process/thread programming
∎ Familiar with network system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
