Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sewing quality, especially in jacket/outerwear garments
• Sound knowledge of sewing processes, machine operations, and quality control tools.
• Strong understanding of buyer quality requirements (e.g., Zara, Decathlon, PVH, Columbia, etc.).
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Job Context:

We are a reputed outerwear manufacturer, specializing in high-end jackets for renowned global brands. We are looking for a Sewing Quality Executive who is passionate about quality control and experienced in the garments sector, especially in jackets/outerwear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sewing lines to ensure product quality standards are met.

• Identify and resolve quality issues at the root level.

• Implement buyer-specific quality standards and SOPs during production.

• Conduct inline, end-line, and hourly quality inspections.

• Train sewing operators on quality awareness and garment workmanship.

• Reject garment’s review and give the proper guideline

• Coordinate with production and technical teams to improve overall quality.

• Maintain accurate records of defects, rejections, and quality KPIs.

• Assist in pre-final and final audits with QA teams and buyer representatives.
