Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Knit RMG Quality, with at least 3 years’ direct experience working with Japanese brands/customers.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, QC parameters, and manufacturing processes.
- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with QC software is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Create and implement standard guidelines for total product quality control in our organization.
- Review and establish factory and supplier guidelines to ensure that they are following established quality control procedures.
- Manage and effectively implement QMS throughout the factory, covering the end-to-end production cycle as per requirements.
