Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry/Food Technology/Microbiology or Concern

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading all QC & QA Activities including Microbiology work.
∎ Develop RMPM, FG & In process Product Checking Specification,
∎ Efficient working capacity in QC Activities in RMPM Receiving Work, In process Work and Finished Goods Work.
∎ Analysis all Chemical test, Microbiological & Physical test for raw materials, Packing Materials, In process product & Finished goods.
∎ Efficient in prepare SOP, Checking control list, FSMS procedure & Flowchart as per Quality concern.
∎ Having knowledge in HACCP, GLP, Halal, ISO 22000 & Regulatory Concern.
∎ Making Daily, Weekly & Monthly QC Report, Hygiene & Sanitation report, Incident Report, Quality abnormality report & Pest control report.
∎ Ensures personal hygiene & sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety and ISO 22000 all plant documentation and procedures work.
∎ As needed, provides direction, clarity of expectation, and training to employees to enable their job success and achievement of process performance, GMP, and housekeeping standards.
∎ Having working knowledge on Chemical & Microbial analysis for Spices, Snacks, Bekary, Oils, Soft Drinks powders, Break Fast Cereal, Saline etc products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ General proficiency of Microsoft office application.
∎ Must have good English written and verbal communication skills

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
