Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make daily working plan as per H&M order forecast
∎ Follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, organize PP meeting, cutting permission, inspection, reporting, record keeping all as per H&M QS procedure.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, Implement buyer's every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.
∎ Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as per QS guideline.
∎ Corresponding with QS responsible for H & M buyer and fulfilling their requirements.
∎ Detecting faults of operation and recommending corrective action plan timely and discussing / solving the problems independently.
∎ Monitoring all the production process from cutting to packing as per H & M Standard.
∎ Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ To achieve QS target score – Conduct internal audit, Goal, Policy, Organogram data and (MR) minimum requirement follow up.
∎ Maintain training session as per schedule / Calendar (Yearly).
∎ Work on customer claim / Feedback with CAP follow up for improvement.
∎ Assure QC of company are well trained and qualified enough to conduct internal inspection as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Provide prompt decision and guideline to the concern quality persons.
∎ Check all test report for every stages of inspection.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge on Quality Control/Audit, QMS, QS & 6S.
∎ Experienced candidates working with H&M buyer as QS Responsible will get preference.
