Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following up, monitoring, and supervising QMS requirements.
∎ Assuring QMS implementation throughout whole manufacturing units from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Following up quality control and management system in cutting, sewing and finishing.
∎ Train quality inspectors, and quality staffs in basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.
∎ Developing quality SOP and quality manual for good quality management.
∎ Ensuring total quality management implementation, and continual improvement.
∎ Implementing all technical requirements of the buyer and technical audit.
∎ Doing internal QMS/technical audit being internal auditor, working with all section heads for improvement.
∎ keeping all quality documentation & SOP of quality.
∎ Managing and monitoring the trims and accessories inspection department and working with merchandising team to reduce defects from the supplier end.
∎ Implementing 5S in the workplace.
∎ Maintaining quality metrics.
∎ Implementing LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 30 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in garments QMS.
Salary: Negotiable
