Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineer (IPE/chemical) or Environmental Science with a good academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the implementation status of corrective actions triggered from different sources - Corrective Action Request, Customer Complaint, and Non-conformities detected in internal and external audits and submitting the report to the management.
∎ Facilitate Identifying and determining operational control to address Environmental Aspects and Occupational Health and Safety Hazards of the factories including the suppliers and contractors.
∎ Facilitating formulation of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Objectives and reporting to the management about the implementation status of the same through proper monitoring.
∎ Organizing and preparing report on mock drills on emergency preparedness procedures.
∎ Assisting QMS & EHS department in controlling QMS (Quality Management System) and EHSMS (Environment Health and Safety Management System) Documents - preparing, updating, and distributing manuals, forms, and so on.
∎ Assisting QMS & EHS department in conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits of QMS and EHSMS.
∎ Co-ordinating with concerned departments regarding government and regulatory affairs and maintaining liaison with external agencies/institutions such as DOE, MOI, BCSIR, BUET, DU, TICI, etc. for Environment Health and Safety (EHS) related issues.
∎ Facilitate organizing / conducting training on QMS & EHS related issues.
∎ Supervising the operation of Effluent Treatment Plant to ensure the desired outcome (meeting regulatory requirements) from the plant.
∎ Addressing other issues as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the directives of the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of work experience in a relevant field is preferable
∎ Need excellent computer knowledge, communication skill & management skill
