∎ Ability to Fix up (Quality) lay out at Sample and Quality responsible as Sample Section.
∎ Fulfill Buyer /Customer requirement & demand.
∎ Good communications within Dept. & section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make daily working plan as per Sample Plan.
∎ Review Buyer comments & Share all findings and report among production & QC team to take immediate action at Process.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all procedure & protocol (Technical & compliance )
∎ Understand customer concept and idea to ensure quality.
∎ Ensure timely sample making & meet buyer requirement.
∎ Ensure to received & understand updated buyer technical concept folder, How to measure guideline, fitting & pattern details.
∎ Before the sample sewing start, thoroughly analysis sample order, Fabric details, Pattern, M-Chart & comments to make necessary adjustments of technical advice before process proper executions.
∎ Make sure all quality requirements during new Sample line layout and keep monitoring of its stability.
∎ Provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates Sample making, CAD & Cutting to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Responsible to follow up the sample quality (PP sample, counter Sample, Proto Sample & SMS Sample) as maintaining the Buyer requirement the existing product quality.
∎ Keep update all daily, weekly & monthly quality progress report update to all concern.
∎ Reporting day to day Quality status & trend to superior.
