Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and ensure the quality of wet & dry process quality as per customer requirements.
∎ To check and monitor all over the quality of a washing plant.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry) section.
∎ To have sound knowledge regarding housekeeping and documentation.
∎ To find out the problem of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of department head.
∎ To follow up on the proper SOP of all processes of dry and wet.
∎ To provide the proper instruction when it is the new style or buyer.
∎ To prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ To keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problem recommend implement preventive and corrective action plan.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training need and career development.
∎ To implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have good knowledge of QMS, shade management & shrinkage management methods.
∎ Should be smart and energetic
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Must have experience working in Denim garments factory.
