Experience:
Master’s in any discipline.
Ability to Fix up (Quality) lay out at washing (Wet Process) and overall Quality responsible of Wet process area.
Fulfill Buyer /Customer requirement & demand.
Good communications inter Dept. & section.
Employees Handle capacity (more than 40 persons-QC to up to Supervisor.
Make daily working plan as per washing plan.
Maintain & improves product quality by: On time decision, shade approve as per standard, completing product, company system, compliance & surveillance audits.
Develops & maintains quality assurance objectives & coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Production Manager.
Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can`t be met.
Set up process wise manpower, based on daily present & absenteeism to make smooth Flow on production, also monitoring & solve employee’s migration issue. Measure their Performance & sort out all Weakness of them and put training & motivation to overcome.
Arrange proper file & documents with Wash process flow chart, pilot review , P.P meeting, Measurement ( 1st wash & final , Dryer, Temperature ), shade approval comments , analysis all risk and setup manpower , process lay out ,audit & check accordingly.
Risk analyze during start any style.
Analysis daily DHU & rejection, share with concern Dept. & Responsible to improve further.
Maintain buyer wise all procedure & protocol (Technical & compliance )
