Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the guideline of buyer's requirement & implement it in the process of operation.
∎ Monitor production closely & provide technical support when need to ensure the finally products are met with buyer quality requirement.
∎ Provide quality guideline & technical advice to subordinate.
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting.
∎ Carrying out & following up pre-production activities, to resolve technical & quality issues with dy. Manager before a style is interdicted to module & thereby facilitating & smooth production.
∎ Ensuring all relevant information & records are maintained in accordance with the required standard's to support decision making on quality reference.
∎ Setting appropriate quality standard with regards to production quality.
∎ Cross check before wash & after wash measurement report with measurement qa.
∎ Closely follow up 5s system.
∎ Ensuring that the quality assurance & control system.
∎ Capable to lead the team and ability to review issues, route cause analysis and attempt to trouble shooting with no affecting production lead time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Self-confident to make decision with no delay for any quality issues in Sewing line.
∎ Sincere, Active & Team Player.
∎ Always positive & problem-solving attitude.
