∎ Must have knowledge on buyer handling and QS/QMS technical audit responsible to improve system in process.
∎ Must have clear knowledge all process (material in house to Shipment)Must have good knowledge as a trainer.
∎ Capable to maintain good communication with buyer, superior, subordinate & merchandiser (others).
∎ Must have abilities of decision making to overcome any quality issue.
∎ Good knowledge /awareness of quality control policy, quality management system, technical audit, and mailing.
∎ Must have knowledge on buyer handling and QS/QMS technical audit responsible to improve system in process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Always be updated with buyer provided manual , procedure via supplier portal link and all updates be implemented in process via SOP & Flow chart at all Dept. & steps according to QS/QMS guideline and make sure all Dept. head & responsible are updated with all Manual /file & documents.
∎ Corresponding with QS/QMS responsible for all buyer and fulfilling their requirements.
∎ Detecting faults of operation and recommending corrective action plan timely and discussing / solving the problems independently.
∎ Monitoring all the production process from fabric in-house to shipment as buyer standard.
∎ To achieve QS/QMS target score – Conduct internal audit, Goal, Policy, Organogram data and (MR) minimum requirement follow up .Call Meeting shown findings & Get CAP for next action & Improvement.
∎ Ready training tools & Maintain training session as per schedule / Calendar (Yearly) to 100% employees of factory.
∎ Work on customer claim / Feedback with CAP follow up for improvement.
∎ Make and ensure all document of 100% style QS/QMS file are on time ready and confirm all activities (e.g. P.P Meeting, pilot, bulk production & others) are going exactly follow Quality system & no violation.
∎ By continue internal QS/QMS audit to be ensured buyer technical Audit Score above 90% or Grade “A”. No MR (minimum Requirement) be failed. Secure self-reliant supplier status.
∎ After every 3 month (March/June /September/December) input QS/QMS internal audits findings Buyer provided link/ mail to buyer and factory responsible.
