∎ Ability to Fix up (Quality) lay out for better measurement and overall Quality responsible of Measurement.
∎ Fulfill Buyer/Customer requirement & demand.
∎ Good communications within Dept. & section.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make daily working plan as per Cutting, Sewing, washing & Finishing.
∎ Keep pilot garments before wash, 1st wash and after final wash measurement record with process & machine feed pulling record / dryer time and temperature record for next.
∎ Confirm to receive before wash spec, even after every adjustment from CAD. (All Groups) and ensure sewing output garments meet measurement according to before wash spec.
∎ Confirm to collect  non-wash garments from sewing line group wise delivery to washing and receive daily and after wash take  measurement &  feedback to line and pattern adjustment (if needed) with immediate action.
∎ Follow up and ensure first batch & first bulk garments..1st wash  dryer time, temp & Meas. - Final Wash dryer time ,temp & meas. Check wash quality compared with pilot goods details record . Put findings take next action and provide instruction to Subordinate at process to follow up accordingly during bulk.
∎ All requirement adjustment paper of measurement report must be reached to all concerned & be followed up from each dept. & responsible accordingly & ensure by immediate test to confirm & control rest quantity.
∎ For NOOS order ,please go thorough  earlier pilot /daily /washing & finishing measuring review once again before proceed  cutting for upcoming order.
∎ Giving proper guidelines to subordinates based on buyer requirement, how to measure guide line, Fabric behavior through styling & measurement check to avoid any system violations.
∎ Auditing & reviewing the various quality control points through analysis QC, QA, Supervisor reports and in case of any quality inconsistencies make quick solution to discussing with manager.
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Set up manpower, based on daily present & absenteeism to make smooth Flow on production, also monitoring & solve employee’s migration issue.  Measure their Performance & sort out all Weakness of them and put training & motivation to overcome.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all  procedure & protocol (Technical & compliance )Any other assignment given by the top management.
