∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.
∎ Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.
∎ Must be efficient on manipulate & dealing with subordinate manpower properly.
∎ Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.
∎ Must be capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance related strategy to overcome from any quality worse situation.

∎ Need to work on Finishing & Packing area layout as well as on Quality control SOP.
∎ Interpretation of Buyer comments to instruct production team & operators.
∎ Follow up Carton Shipment and total Packing procedure.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality or others relevant field progression/ degradation
∎ Conduct an internal meeting with self-team and to create an orderly work environment with friendly behavior.
∎ Need to work on Finishing & Packing area layout as well as on Quality control SOP.
