∎ Ability to Fix up (Quality) shade Blanket Shrinkage & Fabric Management Quality.
∎ Sound knowledge and analytical ability for any kind of Fabric issues and root causes analysis.
∎ Time management skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make daily working plan as per production plan.
∎ Set up process-wise manpower based on daily present & absenteeism to ensure a smooth flow on work while also monitoring & solving employee's migration issue.
∎ Measure their performance, sort out their weaknesses, and provide training & motivation to overcome them.
∎ Analysis of daily fabric inspection & number of shades and groups and sharing with the concerned Dept. a responsible thorough report to further progress, continuous improvement, and risk analysis.
∎ Conduct a P.P. meeting with quality team during start any style. Maintain buyer requirement & routines. Review the daily report and fabric inspection findings to ensure quality.
∎ Maintain buyer-wise all procedure & protocols (Technical & compliance ) Keep all daily, weekly, & monthly quality progress reports updated to address all concern.
∎ Reporting day-to-concernsday Quality status & trend to line manager.
