Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control and ensure the quality of dry process as per customer requirements.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of dry section.
∎ To find out the problem of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of department head.
∎ To follow up on the proper SOP of all processes of dry.
∎ To provide the proper instruction when it is the new style.
∎ To prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ To keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problem recommend implement preventive and corrective action plan.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training need and career development.
∎ To implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the dry process section.
