Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an accurate production plan including capacity assessment/planning and scheduling of production.
∎ Distribute production plan to the management and all relevant departments including production, sales, marketing, inventory, and others on a daily basis.
∎ Work with the Agro & Fisheries executive team for analyzing the production capacity of different production units and the resource requirements as well as coordinating necessary adjustments with the production plan.
∎ Monitor and identify any division between the planned production and execution process and work with the Agro & Fisheries executive team to relieve production bottlenecks and delays.
∎ Submits accurate material procurement plan based on demand and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements in coordination with Agro & Fisheries executive team, Accounts & Project Director.
∎ Identify and resolve problems relating to production control in coordination with the production, inventory, and procurement.
∎ Manage and control all project executives to make sure a smooth production process.
∎ Can identify and distinguish the faults and make sure of an error-free production process.
∎ Timely response to the Project Director for problem-solving.
∎ Ensure every day update & record keeping of production & expenses.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment, machinery & others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
