Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow-up with washing Daily Wash Progress of Every order.
∎ To entry the necessary data in Fast React System.
∎ To Insert Process Flow In Fast React for Wash Plan.
∎ To coordinate with the merchandising, finishing, washing, PAD department for collecting updated data about on time shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible to execute production program of different orders
∎ Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities that
∎ support the production process for the shipment schedule.
∎ To follow up daily/weekly/monthly shipment plan.
∎ To prepare daily /weekly / monthly production report base on finishing output.
∎ To make a report on variance analysis of finishing plan vs actual output.
∎ To coordinate with Embroidery, Printing to ensure smooth supply to sewing line.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have training in computer (office programmed) and will be preferred if any training in Fast React System.
∎ Knowledge on Production Process.
∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on Material handling, Floor management,
∎ Knowledge about Denim wash & Sewing.
∎ Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
