∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production line operation monitoring & achieve maximum production target, reduce wastage
∎ Shift reporting, Shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
∎ To implement the regulatory guide lines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, personal hygiene & cleanliness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Candidates shall have progressive work experience in Aseptic production at food & beverage industry.
∎ Experience in compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, GLP, GHP, FSSC, HACCP, BSTI etc.
