Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily production operations to meet targets are in terms of quantity and quality, also analysis variance daily.
To coordinate with Store team to avail required raw material with quality standard in warehouse.
Ensure feed specifications and nutritionist recommendations through good operation activities
Supervise production activities from RM intake to FG dispatch.
Coordinate with QC/QA teams for regular sampling and lab analysis to assure nutrient specifications and safety standards.
Identify and implement process improvements through KAIZEN, 5S, PDCA to enhance efficiency and reduce energy & operation costs.
Ensure equipment performance and needful maintenance or upgradation as necessary.
Ensure safety stock of spare parts, tools, equipment for regular operations and control inventory cope up with Finance, SCM & Engr. Store team.
Supervise production people and support, Conduct together learning sessions to ensure safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Maintain production/Consumption (RM & Utility) data through ERP/SAP and pen & paper. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
Ensure implementation of organization policies, regulations, and EHS standards, Promote good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Collaborate with Nutritionist to required changes, Stores, logistics, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Identify process bottlenecks, fine-tuning, Implement technique, and set SOP for further operating
