Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve production target.
∎ • Motivate work force to enhance productivity.
∎ • Ensuring the quality standard production.
∎ • Taking over shift and job details
∎ • Checking customer name, work order, measurement, quality and quantity of the products.
∎ • Monitoring machine production speed and keep it in maximum always.
∎ • Ensure proper use of raw material.
∎ • Keep machine and floor always clean.
∎ • Ensure PO wise production.
∎ • Ensure proper packing of finish goods.
∎ • Keeping finish goods in proper way with identification mark.
∎ • Maintaining duty starting and finishing time.
∎ • Preparing daily production report.
∎ • Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard.
∎ • Achieve continual improvement.
